Doctor Wright’s office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed for the major holidays but open for some of the lesser observed federal holidays. Telephone MessagesIf you need to speak with Doctor Wright, please call our office and allow our staff to take a message. We cannot interrupt the routine of the clinic by taking the Doctor away from seeing patients to answer phone calls. The Doctor will call you back as he is able and will return you call by the end of the day. If possible, please stay close to your phone or have us respond back to your cellphone. Prescription RenewalsIf you need a prescription refilled, please call your pharmacy first, as you may already have refills available. If you need a prescription refilled, the pharmacist will notify us via fax or phone requesting a refill. Be aware that we need at least 24 hours to refill prescriptions. Plan ahead. If you have not been seen in the office recently, we may refuse to refill your prescription until you are seen by the Doctor or the PA. For controlled substances, such as narcotics or sleeping medications, call your pharmacist for refills. We require patients to be seen in the office by Dr. Wright for refilling narcotics, especially ADHD medicines. Please do not loose or misplace your narcotics, as we do not replace lost prescriptions. Treat them like money; don't lose them! |
